LiFePO4 battery pack 6080FS for AGV robot is rechargeable and rated at 60V 80Ah with an integrated battery management system(BMS), communication protocol and m8 nut termination. BMS, communication protocols and terminations are optional and customizable. It can meet the UN transportation testing requirements. This type of battery has outstanding advantages such as high safety and long cycle life. Due to its excellent thermal and structural stability, its safety is significantly better than that of other battery types and can offer a long cycle life of more than 2000 cycles. These make it particularly suitable for high power and energy storage applications.

Features

  • Extremely safe. Excellent thermal and structural stability, no explosion, high safety performance.
  • Super long cycle life. 2000~6000 cycles, while only 500~900 cycles for lead acid battery.
  • Low self-discharge rate and no memory effect. Less than 2% per month, while more than 10% per month for lead acid battery.
  • High operation voltage and power output. Nominal 3.2V, 3 times that of lead acid battery and UL1642, IEC62133, UN38.3, MSDS passed.
  • High energy density. Approx 200Wh/Kg, only 2/3 of the volume and 1/3 of the weight of lead acid battery.
  • Wide operation temperature range. Charge: 0~45°C; discharge: -20~60°C; storage: -20~40°C.
