SLA Replacement Batteries

Sealed lead acid(SLA) battery is the earliest industrialized secondary battery with a history of 160 years since it was invented in 1859. However, it has disadvantages of low energy density, short cycle life and pollution. As its main raw material lead is a toxic substance, there is a risk of lead pollution in process of production and reproduction, and poor management can cause harm to the environment and people. Compared to it lithium ion battery has advantages of high energy density, long cycle life and eco-friendness. With the implementation of environmental protection and related laws and policies, lead acid batteries are being replaced by lithium ion batteries.
